It’s the best time of year – Holiday Season! To be honest, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday (yes, above Christmas!). I love how there’s no pressure around this holiday – just friends, family, and FOOD. It’s also the precedent to the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season. I’ve got a jam-packed December but I couldn’t be more excited for all my fun plans (including my best friend’s wedding, ah!!!).

My family is always really casual and informal on Thanksgiving – just my style. In past years I’ve typically worn jeans and a nice sweater or top. I love this neutral toned outfit – it’s perfect for spending the day with your family! Comfy, warm, and still stylish. I actually got this sweater from the Nordstrom Junior department – don’t laugh, I always bee line to that section when I walk in. They’ve got great items that are generally lower priced than the rest of the store

For this shoot, my friend Kim took me to Beacon Hill. I never get to this area, and I’m so glad she suggested it. The exposed brick apartments and alleyways are so pretty – we had a great time exploring! (Also, check out her instagram, she’s a phenomenal photographer!).

Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving! LOAD YOUR PLATES UP!

So cute for Turkey Day! Now I don’t have to ask you what you’re wearing! Ha. So cozy and comfy and we’ll make sure there’s no repeat of Ellen screaming profanities after spilling ham juice all down the front of her. Can’t wait to see you!!!
